I enjoy romantic walks on the beach and puppies, whoops different bio....
I like moving, learning, and relearning how to move in different ways. I love the challenge in guiding other people to move in ways that are new to them or in ways that used to be familiar with them. Some of the tools that enjoy using are kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, body weight, and of course traditional weighted implements.
Focus on what you are accomplishing, not on what you are not. Keep training!
