SMART goal setting stands for:
When writing out your goals try to make them specific (run my first 10 K by March 10th), measurable in order to track your progress, attainable for your lifestyle, realistic for your family and work schedule and set your dates to complete in order to take the time to celebrate once you have reached your goal. My final advice to you, be flexible with you goals and realize that life happens and we may not hit each goal when we had planned, so what! Do not give up just take the time to re write your goals when you need to. Wishing each of you a very successful, eventful and year full of personal and professional growth!
