I do feel really good though!
I have had a little loss in inches (in the last week and a half, so that is good). I chatted with Sabrina and I have to agree with her that summer is a bit harder with all the BBQ's, weddings, get togethers and eating a little of this and that :( but the positive about this is, I have maintained! and that I feel good. Even with all my workouts that I am doing. I think as long as I am getting out and doing my bootcamp and feeling good the rest will come together, all in do time. (This week I will be watching my food intake and going on some jogs! so if any one is going out for a jog please call and get me out too!)
On a side note: I must say I think my kids like going to different parks each week it gives them a change of scenery :D and new adventures.
