Lisa almost 100 lbs lighter!
Ok so I have once again hit a dreaded plateau!!!! :S I chatted with someone yesterday who made me really think and look at what I am eating. When you want to lose weight what is your first instinct? (well mine) is to not eat as much (as in my brain food = weight)...... Those are NOT good thoughts because you need to replenish your body and give it strength so you can work harder in your workouts ect. So today I made sure I ate my breakfast, healthy snack, healthy lunch, snack and will be eating a good dinner and a small snack later. I will be making a conscious effort to put healthy food in my body as my body needs energy so I have energy to workout and feel good. So this is what I will be working on this week along with my workouts. I have been through a lot of ups and downs through this year and I'm sure I could help weather it's just to listen or tell you what things have worked for me or have an idea how your feeling.

I would like to thank Lisa for sharing her success and struggles with us over the past several months. It takes a lot of strength & courage to put yourself out there in order to help others learn from your experiences. Lisa is dedicated and committed to her personal wellness goals and has managed to continue to set realistic goals even when she headed back to work full time.
