It was hard to get motivated by myself! I missed the interaction with all the other moms, the fun upbeatness of all the laughs that you get as a group. Also with knowing I need to be at class is easier to get there and be accountable for what I signed up for. It feels so much more easier when being in a group with other people that are in the same situation as me, and have the same or simular goal.
The First day back (Monday) after a week off felt so good! its a totally different feeling than just going out and running! At bootcamp I feel my whole body being worked on! It was great to see all the ladies again! (and all the kiddo's too!) I am so happy to see that my son (Lex) is getting much more relaxed with going to bootcamp, he just says hi to the ladies and runs off and plays! Back in January he would scream and cry if I ran down the gym! Danielle and Lea-Ann are so calm and reassurring!
In January I started out with bootcamp 2 times a week, then the second session I added a day (working out up to 3-4 times a week) now I am up to 6 days a week and loving it! I look forward to working out because after a really good work out I have so much more energy! I know that I will see results because I am doing something active! I can't believe I am jogging and begining to like it too! I never thought I would have ever been saying those words!
