My start weight as of Jan 10/11 was a whopping 260.5 and my starting measurements were:
Hips - 56
R. Leg - 32
My weight as of April 5/11 was 231.2 my now measurements are:
Hips - 52
R. Leg 31
The First week of work outs were awesome! You eased us in nicely! all the other moms are so supportive and I love the atmosphere with the group! The kids played while the mommies worked out some worked out with their mommies too!
After the first full week of mommy bootcamp I felt so good! I am always looking forward to my next workout with Sabrina :D
