PLAN of ACTION

Having a hard time with your goals, back up and take a look at any areas of you life you would like to make changes.  This does not all have to be about losing weight & getting fit, what if you need to organize one area of your life, what if you would like to work on your communication with others.  Maybe reconnect with your significant other.  Once you set your goals it will be up to you to work out your PLAN of ACTION to make these improvements.  I will be honest with you, my home has been in chaos for several months & I have been catering to my kids as though they were unable to do it themselves, or because I did not have the patience to GIVE THEM the time they needed.  Patience, as I have talked about before is not my strongest quality, but I recognize it and consistently have to check in with it.  Last week was a major breakthrough for our little family and now, as I will in the future, have learned to stop doing everything for them & WAIT while they do it for themselves...

My WIN from last week as I did my Week In Review!  I have also implemented this weekly review in order to asses how I am doing with my personal goals to make improvements going into our next week.  As I have learned while working for some pretty big companies in the past, your plan is really a road map that takes you to where you want to be, without one you may get lost in this CRAZY shuffle we call LIFE.
