With that I now must share my 2013 Personal Goals..I do not call them resolutions as I prefer to continue to set goals weekly and monthly to achieve my yearly Big Ones! This year my biggest shift will be to COMPETE. Those who know me, know that I am not a competitive person by nature, when I was young I played team sports but as I got older I shifted to body building and learned to compete with myself. So this year I will challenge myself by competing in Fem Sport in May & Tough Mudder in June. I am turning 40 this year and my goal is to be in better mental/physical health than when I was 20!
