Everyone has staples... things that they always have stocked and know that they can make a quick meal out of. I love knowing what other people do and use, so in an effort to make food easier, I'll share with you some of my important healthy staples.
This list isn't in order of importance
1. I try to always have spinach on hand, usually fresh so I can add it to different dishes (eggs, stuffed sweet potatoes, etc). If not fresh, then frozen so it can be added to smoothies.
