I've done it all. Tried the pills, the greens, the shakes, the wraps and the juices. None of them helped with weight loss... So far I've changed my eating habits, work out 5x week and drink more water. I've lost almost 20 lbs since January!
How did it all start?
I was just needing to start working out. Needing something. Somewhere I could bring Emma, and it works perfectly for my schedule.
I had no idea the spiritual and nutritional side of it. I looked it up online and saw the workout and was signing up. At first I was hesitant about the other stuff but now I'm in it and really enjoying it.
I was in a dark place. Not happy with myself, depressed and just feeling like a mom.... Not Courtney.
I've found myself again and found a community of women who are so empowering and motivating..
