My menu lately
Am- 2 slices of toast with low fat peanut butter and a coffee with 1 Splenda
Snack- apple with peanut butter
Lunch- spinach and fresh veggies (cucumber, tomato, mushroom, Green pepper, zucchini, celery) a couple slices of ham (or 1/2 a can of tuna) and catalani dressing
Snack- lately a mandarin orange
Dinner - is usually chicken or salmon with rice/quinoa and a veggi
Through the day I drink 12 cups of water then drink more water with my work out. Also what has been helping me is to pre cut up my veggies thrn its just toss in my bowl Hope that helps.
