ONLY 2 more days and the new session starts!!! :D
I have been staying on track making sure I get some exercise in, along with watching my calorie intake :) I have still been on track with my weight loss. I set a long term goal (which is losing 90-100 pounds that's my 10-12 month goal and that goal started back in January), then I set monthly goals which is 8-10 pounds a month.
Today I bought some Quinnoa! Yup my family will be trying something new! Now to find some yummy new recipes, kinda excited! This week I was also very lucky to go out with the boot camp momma's for Sabrina's birthday! it was great to get out and and have a girls night :D
