Wow! This year has gone fast! I have spent countless hours working out, jogging and even yoga! Oh we can't forget the jogging mount Kenna! I can't believe I can do these physical things that I am now capable of doing! Last year I remember I was siting on here wondering how I was going to start working out as I had already tried working out at home with some kind of DVD but that just wasn't working! I would put one child down for a nap then the other would wake up! I never imagined in my life I would be doing what I am doing or even the weight I am now! I haven't weighed this since high school! That was almost 14 years ago! I remember my first bootcamp class like it was yesterday! I remember how hard it was and wondering what the hell did I get my self into? But feeling so good after then going back for more punishment! The pain has been so worth it, I am proud of myself and so is my family! They have been so supportive for me through this weightloss journey they have tried numerous reciepes and have joined me on jogs. I wouldn't be where I am to day with out them and all those momma's at bootcamp. I honestly cant believe it's almost 1 year since I've started this journey! In this year I have lost a grand total of 90 pounds! I feel better I have more energy and love to workout! I appreciate being able to have my kids with me to workout, they know how hard mommy works. If you are sitting there wondering what to do with yourself in the new year definatly try Sabrina's bootcamp she is so energetic and every class is different! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! And have a happy new year!
Ok people! I have been watching my food intake and making sure I eat and eat healthy. As opposed to just not eating. I tell you.... I feel better! I feel more energetic! and feel like I am able to conquer anything! And I proved myself wrong you can loose weight by eating (properly of course!) finally broke that plateau!
My menu lately
Am- 2 slices of toast with low fat peanut butter and a coffee with 1 Splenda
Snack- apple with peanut butter
Lunch- spinach and fresh veggies (cucumber, tomato, mushroom, Green pepper, zucchini, celery) a couple slices of ham (or 1/2 a can of tuna) and catalani dressing
Snack- lately a mandarin orange
Dinner - is usually chicken or salmon with rice/quinoa and a veggi
Through the day I drink 12 cups of water then drink more water with my work out. Also what has been helping me is to pre cut up my veggies thrn its just toss in my bowl Hope that helps.
