Now that you have a few foundational exercises you can design your BOOTCAMP. Decide your exercises if you want to do 5 or 10. Next your intervals, how long you will perform each exercise, 30 seconds, 45 seconds or 1 minute. And finally how many rounds you will complete, which can be determined by how much time you have.
