I am working hard at getting to my 30 push ups
I'm meditating almost every night and feeling less overwhelmed.
One if my goals was to spend more active time with my kids instead of in the living room. We have been going for walks and bike rides together. Also I signed up for the 5K boogie as something to do with my son, he has been wanting to do this race since I last ran it 5 years ago. now just to keep up with the training.
Uggghhh I needed this! My goal is to do the Canada Day 10k ... and I haven't even started training yet! :( This reminder was timely as I've been thinking about it more lately and I know I need to get off my butt and start running. So - new goal: run 1Xper week with the intention of completing the 10K on Canada Day :) Thanks for this Sabrina!
